a multi-level vinyasa class that joins iyengar-based alignment and vinyasa (flow) yoga. students are engaged in numerous
series of poses that include sun salutations and work towards more advanced postures. careful instruction insures a safe practice for beginners and a challenging class for students of any
level.
yb intermediate vinyasa
flow through a dynamic class of intermediate yoga postures linking breath and movement. explore deeper twists, binds and inversions. not recommended for beginners. please note that the room is
warm.
yb power vinyasa
step into your power. an hour of challenging, faster paced vinyasa sequences that will encourage heat as you transition quickly through poses while working with ujjayi breath. this class will allow you to employ the principles of alignment learned in yb vinyasa classes. some yoga experience recommended.
yogabody burn
not your grandmother's fusion class. hot power fusion. a decidedly different mix of yoga, pilates and essentrics combined into a sweaty, sculpting one hour cardio class that is not for the faint of heart. you will work hard and tone your entire body on your mat in barefeet! bring water and a towel. no cry babies! : )
meditative vinyasa
this vinyasa yoga class will focus on a meditative use of the breath with movement, to create a sense of relaxation into self, and the realization of one's connection to prana~ living energy.
