members of the yogabody community share their thoughts on what makes YB so special.

"it is easy to forget that yb is a special place; that is until you practice some place else. then you remember how welcoming, encouraging, supportive, and friendly yb really is. because of monica and denise, i have challenged my body to do that which i believed was impossible. they encourage a safe practice but also challenge students to expand their boundaries. before you know it you are effortlessly hanging out upside down! as equally important are the other students who attend yb – smiles and kindness are plentiful! yb is the perfect place to start a practice or grow an advanced practice. no matter how stressful my day is, i know that i can go to yb and leave an hour later renewed and blissful!"

 "yogabody studio is more than just a space where people practice yoga. yb is a diverse community of individuals who care about one another, encourage one another, learn from one another all through their love of and devotion to yoga. i am blessed to have found this amazing yoga studio and often refer to it as my second home. the instruction is top notch. and my yoga practice has grown both spiritually and physically because of monica and denise. as a result, i feel more intune with my body and my mind than ever before."
